Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 11:33PM I shot Luke's newborn photos in the middle of May. He's a day over a month in these photos. He's a tiny little fella but he sure made a lot of noise. You wouldn't be able to tell from these photos though. Here are just a few from the day.
Thursday, May 20, 2010 at 12:12AM I recenlty shot Brinley's 6 month photos this past Saturday as well as Heidi and Tyson for their first family photos. It was a beautiful day so we shot their family photos in their back yard. Brinley's photos were taken inside. Here are a few photos from the day.
Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 10:35PM I had a wedding to shoot on May 1st. It was also my last as HAUTE FOTO. Savan and I shot Mary and David's wedding in Allman at the Salem United Church of Christ. It was a nice ceremony. I had also dropped my camera on the church floor in which the glass in my Hoya filter broke and the filter wedged itself into my 50mm. Luckily we had a back up 50mm because I could not get that filter off my lens. Later that evening, I took a hammer to the glass and twisted the filter off the lens with a pair of pliers. Oddly enough, I also dropped my brand new D90 when I got home. No damage done. Here are some photos of the filter carnage!

Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 11:26PM Today I took the evening to shoot Elina at the West Des Moines City Hall. It was a nice day over all but there was a strong wind blowing from the north. Elina was still a charm. Here are some photos from the day.
